The Cosmos was created to accompany the Coneflower in 2022. I still think of them as friends.
She's a delicate flower, can't help but being blown in the gentle breeze, petals fluttering. Placing her in this stark, black diamond only emphasizes this. Maybe it can help us to see the Cosmos for the bold, beautiful miracle that it really is. Maybe we can take that notion and look around and start seeing our lives that way.
Originally drawn by hand with micron pen and India ink, this piece took me 12 hours to complete.

After doing a ton of research online about art and how people are selling it, I felt overwhelmed. There were very cheap options that felt impersonal or created more work for the buyer. And there were, of course, outrageously expensive options. Options, options, and more options.
I decided to offer my small collections in the form of framed prints in order to diminish that feeling of overwhelm. To only offer what you need, at a price point you can swallow.
I spent hours editing the scans of my artwork and had many test prints made in order to ensure the highest quality possible. My hope is that these framed prints will allow you to easily invite more beauty into your home.
